Action:
It has a light diuretic and draining action of the lymphatic system. Combats cellulite and fat accumulations. The contained phytohormones stimulate the skin, help in the stopping of hair loss, while treating opaque, asphyxiated or oily skin. The sweet variety is the one preferred in aromatherapy. The intense odor of this oil is usually has no color but can also take on a yellowish tone. Similar scent of anise and like all essential oils should be kept away from light and heat sources.

Method of extraction: The sweet fennel essential oil is extracted by steam distillation of the crushed and dried fruits.
Note of the essential oil: sweet, earthy fragrance, similar to anise.

Use:
Dilute about 3 drops with massage oil. For use on the skin we recommend dilution in jojoba oil, coconut oil, almond oil or shea butter because the intense fragrance of these high quality essential oils can be overwhelming. Environmental diffusion: 1 drop of essential oil for each square meter of the environment spreads, through burner of essential oils or in the water of the radiator humidifiers. Relaxing bath: 10 drops in the water of the bathtub, emulsify by mixing the water, then bathe for 10 minutes
Warnings:
Given its chemical structure, the fennel essential oil, even if used for baths or massages, can reach concentration, be absorbed and reach the circulatory stream; use is not recommended during pregnancy, breast feeding, epileptic subjects and children.
